Author Guidelines

The Journal of Illiza Research and Studies (JIRS) welcomes original research contributions in law, economics, management, and finance. Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts in Arabic or English.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Before submitting, authors must ensure their manuscript meets the following requirements:

1. Originality
The manuscript must be original and must not have been previously 
published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. ORCID Registration
ORCID registration is mandatory for all submitting authors. Authors 
must provide their ORCID ID at the time of submission. Register at:
https://orcid.org

3. Manuscript Template
Authors must strictly follow the journal's official manuscript 
template. Manuscripts that do not comply with the template will be 
formally rejected. Download the template from the journal website.

4. Language
Manuscripts are accepted in Arabic and English.

MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE
Manuscripts should include the following sections:

- Title (in submission language and English)
- Abstract (200-250 words, in submission language and English)
- Keywords (5-7 keywords, in submission language and English)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA 7th edition format)

FORMATTING GUIDELINES
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12pt for body text
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Page margins: 2.5cm on all sides
- Page limit: 20-25 pages including references
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS
The abstract should clearly state:
- The purpose of the study
- The methodology used
- The main findings
- The conclusion and implications

REFERENCES
The journal uses APA 7th edition referencing style. All references 
must be accurate and complete. Authors are responsible for the 
accuracy of their references.

ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS
Authors must:
- Submit only original unpublished work
- Ensure accuracy of all data and results
- Avoid all forms of plagiarism
- Disclose any conflicts of interest
- Ensure fair authorship attribution
- Obtain necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used

PUBLICATION FEES
The journal charges absolutely no fees:
- No submission fees
- No article processing fees (APCs)
- No publication fees

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

☐ The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
☐ The manuscript follows the journal's official template.
☐ The abstract is 200-250 words in submission language and English.
☐ 5-7 keywords are provided in submission language and English.
☐ References follow APA 7th edition format.
☐ All authors have provided their ORCID IDs.
☐ Any conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
☐ The manuscript does not exceed 25 pages including references.
☐ I have read and agree to the journal's publication ethics policy.

Articles

The Articles section publishes original peer-reviewed research in law, economics, management, and finance. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

Review Articles

The Review Articles section publishes comprehensive reviews of existing literature in law, economics, management, and finance. Review articles should provide a critical synthesis of current knowledge on a specific topic and identify gaps for future research. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

Case Studies

The Case Studies section publishes in-depth analyses of specific real-world cases in law, economics, management, and finance. Case studies should provide practical insights and contribute to theoretical understanding. All manuscripts undergo double blind peer review.

Book Reviews

The Book Reviews section publishes critical reviews of recently published academic books in law, economics, management, and finance. Book reviews should provide a balanced and objective evaluation of the work and its contribution to the field.
