About the Journal

The Journal of Illiza Research and Studies (JIRS) is an international, 
peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal published by the University 
Center of Illizi Sheikh Amoud Ben Mokhtar (Algeria). The journal follows 
a double-blind peer review system and is published on a continuous basis, 
free of charge and on a non-profit basis.

FOCUS AND SCOPE
The journal focuses on law, economics, management, and finance, providing 
a reputable academic platform for researchers, academics, and postgraduate 
students to publish original and high-quality scientific research. It covers 
the following fields:
- Law in all its branches
- Sharia and Law
- Economics and Econometrics
- Finance and Financial Studies
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Management Sciences

PEER REVIEW PROCESS
The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which both authors' 
and reviewers' identities are kept anonymous throughout the evaluation process. 
All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by qualified and specialized reviewers 
to ensure scientific quality and academic integrity. The review process is based 
on the following principles:
- Strict confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
- Objective and fair evaluation of research content
- Independence of reviewers from authors (external reviewers)
- Assessment based on originality, scientific methodology, and academic contribution
- Constructive feedback to improve manuscript quality

OPEN ACCESS POLICY
The Journal of Illiza Research and Studies is fully open access. All published 
articles are freely and immediately available online upon publication at no cost 
to readers or authors. The journal charges no submission fees, no article 
processing fees (APCs), and no publication fees of any kind.

All content is licensed under the Creative Commons 
Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing 
users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to full texts 
of articles, provided that non-commercial use is respected and proper academic 
attribution is given to the authors.

This policy is in line with the principles of the Budapest Open Access 
Initiative (BOAI).

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Authors who publish in the Journal of Illiza Research and Studies retain copyright of their work. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

PUBLICATION ETHICS

The Journal of Illiza Research and Studies was established by the University Center of Illizi Sheikh Amoud Ben Mokhtar to provide an academic platform for researchers in law, economics, management, and finance in Algeria and internationally.
